1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MotorHaus website and the automotive services provided by MotorHaus ("we", "us", "our") at our workshop in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. By booking a service, visiting our workshop, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

MotorHaus provides mechanical repairs & periodic maintenance, body work (denting, tinkering & accident repairs), paint work & paint restoration, car detailing (interior & exterior), ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), paint correction & machine polishing, and premium water wash. Availability of specific services, materials, or brands may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Bookings & Appointments

• Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or via email.
• Appointments are subject to confirmation and workshop availability.
• We recommend arriving on time; late arrivals may require rescheduling.

4. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on visual inspection and information available at the time. Final pricing may vary after a detailed inspection, and any change will be communicated to you for approval before work begins. Prices are subject to applicable taxes.

5. Vehicle Drop-off, Pickup & Customer Responsibilities

• Please remove valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle before drop-off; MotorHaus is not responsible for items left inside.
• Ensure fuel levels and existing damage are noted at check-in for accurate documentation.
• Vehicles not collected within a reasonable period after service completion may be subject to storage discussions.

6. Warranty & Liability

Workmanship on eligible services is covered by a limited warranty as communicated at the time of service. This warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. MotorHaus's liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific service performed.

7. Ceramic Coating, PPF & Paint Work Disclaimers

Results from ceramic coating, PPF, paint correction and paint restoration depend on the pre-existing condition of your vehicle's paint and surfaces. While we use industry-standard products and processes, MotorHaus cannot guarantee removal of pre-existing defects that are beyond safe correction limits. Care instructions provided after service should be followed to maintain results.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of MotorHaus unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to These Terms

MotorHaus may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
